This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in front of a huge tunnel that leads to the center of the city. It's so convenient to be just outside the city gate and everything is only a few minutes walk away. The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. I loved the welcome drink they offered upon arrival, and the staff was always willing to help and provide advice. The room amenities were great, with a flat-screen TV, cozy heating, and free toiletries.
The staff here lacked hospitality and didn't know how to be polite and deal with guests.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. I could easily walk to the famous Mirabelle garden and all the major sights of old Salzburg. Additionally, there were convenient transportation options nearby, making it easy to explore the city.
Nothing negative to say. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

The room initially given to us was not up to par, but when we requested a change, the hotel staff promptly accommodated us. The second room we were given was clean, spacious, and quiet. Additionally, the hotel's location, only a 10-minute walk from the city center, was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a 3-day stay in Salzburg.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main bus stop and shopping street in Salzburg, making it really easy to explore the city. It's also just a short walk away from all the famous sights in old Salzburg. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-maintained bathrooms and excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel also provides modern facilities, including a lift, and offers a great view of the city skyline.
The noise level in the hotel can be quite high at times.

The best aspects of our romantic escape were the key location and the cozy atmosphere. the hotel was conveniently located near the historic center and we could easily explore all the attractions on foot. It was a delight strolling through the charming streets and immersing ourselves in the rich history of the city. the cozy atmosphere of the hotel added to the romantic ambiance of our stay. the warm and inviting decor made us feel right at home, and we loved coming back to a comfortable room after a day of exploring.
There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the shower was a bit small and it was a bit challenging for my partner, who is on the larger side, to get in and out comfortably.
